Understanding the Monitor page
To open the Monitor page, click the Monitor button on the main menu, and then click View All.

The Monitor page is where you can view basic details of emails that Fix My Inbox has either:
- Blocked (deleted) as spam, or
- Accepted and left on your email server to be read with your normal email program.
- Click the Blocked E-mail tab to view details of deleted messages.
- Click the Accepted E-mail tab to view details of messages that have been accepted.
On the right hand panel are three tasks you can perform.
Friends - Click the Friends button to add the sender of the currently selected message to your Friends list.
Blacklist - Click the Blacklist button to add the sender of the currently selected message to your Blacklist.
Reply - You may want to reply to an email that has been deleted. If you know the person, you could ask them to resend it. Clicking the Reply button will open up a "new email" window in your normal email program. From there you can compose an appropriate message. The Reply option is only available for messages on the Blocked tab. Accepted emails can be replied to directly using your normal email program.
Note: Adding a Friend or Blacklist item from the Monitor page does not affect the action taken by Fix My Inbox for that particular message. It is intended to flag the selected sender as good or bad for future messages.
